UnlimitedGB.com SCAM !!!! Fraud company !!!! Stay away from unlimitedGB.com

Hi all, I signed up for unlimitedGB.com 2 months ago and for the first month everything was just fine except the fact that my site went down several times but after one month unlimitedGB.com started showing their cheap and pathetic services. My website went down for hours without any notice and their chat support sucks. Every time when my website went down i contacted their chat support and they just keep on telling me that i have to open a support ticket and blah blah blah..... again and again. UnlimitedGB.com doesn't have it's own chat support. The chat representatives handles a number of companies together so if any site goes down then they'll just keep on telling you that you have to open a ticket regarding your issue and unlimitedGb support also sucks, they are a big scammer. They'll take more than 48 hours to reply to your ticket and will just say can u please elaborate what's the problem and till then your website will be live on net.

For a month i keep on facing such problems. I had to catch them every other day for site down, server slow and other issues but after a month i was shocked because when i opened my site then a error came and it was written-- " THIS ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED ". this was unbelievable because i hosted only a small non-profit website with them which just consumed 2.5GB bandwidth per month and a web space of 82MB only. I wrote a ticket within seconds because i knew that chat and call support sucks and after 24-48 hours got a reply that -- " YOU OVERUSED OUR SERVICES AND THAT'S WHY YOUR ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED". I was unable to believe at this statement because as stated above i just used a small fraction of their resources and according to their plan they provide you unlimited bandwidth and space. I replied that i just used this much amount of resources and unlimitedGB support replied that as it is for the first time so we are unsuspending your account but if this happens for another time then we won't be able to help you. I immediately opened a another ticket because i was aware that unlimitedGB will again suspend me but got a reply that we can't refund your money because of this reason. HOLY SHIT, my account wasn't even 100 day old yet and they provide you 100 day refund if you are not satisfied with their services. I replied a number of times but always got a reply that we can't refund your money ... blah blah blah..... and one sudden day when i opened my site then again the same message appeared that this account has been suspended. Again opened a ticket, no reply for three days, contacted the management of unlimitedGB.com ( they have written contact management directly on their site but this just means a support person who take care of the problems with unlimitedgb only) and some person using weird accent started shouting that you overused our services, this is for the second time and we'll not unsuspend your account again. I shouted back with some words like mother F**** and some others and disconnected the call.

At last i just wanna say one thing, UnlimitedGb.com is a scam, fraud, unlimitedGb sucks, UnlimitedGB is a owned by a Mother F***** who just wanna make money and can even sell his m***** and sis**** for money. I am very much frustrated now, avoid unlimitedGb.com, stay away from unlimitedgb.com

  1. Yes they are bunch of crooks who do anything to make money. I have suffered under their hands for 30 days for my website http://www.vinkle.com/ They say 100% uptime but my site was down for 4-5 hours in a day and had to contact them again and again but with vain. Everyone please avoid these scamsters.

    we have 19,999 unlimied windows hosting & DB hosting plan.
    We need web config support to specify db & connection.
    We will need this for each website to be hosted.
    We can not find this in the control panel. please advise how to do this.

    Please use
    database server=local host.

    Dear Sir,
    Please see it in all fairness - have you done anything or taken any steps to resolve this problem?
    1. How can we check if your services work or not work, without using it.
    2. We can not use the service without purchasing it.
    3. You have not been able to resolve the problem & if your system does not work then why should we be penalized for it?

    Before taking an account It is the sole Responsibility of the Customer to check all the details before purchasing the product.You should have taken a demo account & check the features for a single account.

    1. At the time of selling - you did not suggest to us that "We should take a demo account" to check if your services work effectively.
    2. Have you taken any steps to "resolve" this problem. If so, we are completely unaware of these.
    3. "Money back commitment" is not a mere phrase - it should be actively supported & backed up by actions.
    4. We are baffled at the non-caring attitude of your Senior Management (a service organization) towards a reseller who could have potentially brought you more business if your services would have worked efficiently. But that is a choice they have made. Henceforth, we would not consider doing any business with your organization.
